CarbonFitt works with innovators and suppliers to integrate suitable mineral and environmental technologies into infrastructure without compromising the asset’s primary purpose.

Potential mineral and performance-infill applications designed to support cooler surfaces, responsible water use and carbon removal while retaining safe play.
Modular playground applications that can target lower surface heat, local repair and traceable material and maintenance records.
Systems considered within suitable roof, terrace and podium build-ups, including water-management and heat-mitigation opportunities.
Potential integration within transport and logistics assets where carbon, heat and water outcomes can be monitored within a controlled boundary.
Hard landscaping and regeneration applications designed around cooler environments, water efficiency and clearly defined maintenance.
Controlled opportunities where material flows, water use, operational conditions and environmental evidence can be documented.
Sports surfaces · PitchScore
PitchScore is CarbonFitt’s proposed evidence framework for sports surfaces. It keeps carbon progress, surface performance, sustainability and evidence transparency separate so every conclusion can be traced to its source.

Playgrounds & nurseries
SafeFitt’s development pathway uses individually replaceable safety-surface modules above a controlled CarbonFitt mineral layer. The aim is faster local repair, lower disruption and a traceable record of each installed and replaced component.

Roofs & terraces
CarbonFitt is exploring contained mineral systems within suitable terrace and podium build-ups, coordinated with the asset’s structural, waterproofing and drainage requirements.
Transport & logistics
CarbonFitt is exploring contained mineral systems beneath suitable roads, depots and logistics hardstanding, where materials, installation and monitoring can be managed within a defined project boundary.

Each application needs its own specification, water baseline, temperature monitoring, carbon methodology and independent review route. One pilot result will not be treated as proof for every application.
