2. Development-stage information

CarbonFitt is developing infrastructure-integrated mineral systems and related project evidence processes. Website descriptions may concern concepts, development pathways, models, planned pilots or applications requiring further engineering, testing and independent review.

Nothing on this website represents a certificate, verification opinion, carbon credit, investment recommendation or guarantee of technical, environmental or commercial performance.

3. No professional advice

Website content is general information only. It is not engineering, structural, environmental, legal, financial, tax, investment, safety or regulatory advice. Obtain appropriately qualified advice for a specific project.

4. Project and environmental claims

Estimated, modelled, measured, evidence-ready and independently verified outcomes have different meanings. The status and scope stated in the relevant project record govern. BioTrack may control evidence, but it does not independently verify CarbonFitt’s own claims or automatically issue carbon credits.

5. Intellectual property

CarbonFitt names, logos, website content, graphics, system descriptions, documents and project materials are owned by or licensed to CarbonFitt Ltd and may be protected by trademark, copyright, design right, confidential information and other laws.

You may view and print a reasonable extract for internal evaluation. You must not copy, modify, publish, distribute, reverse engineer, commercially exploit or present any material as your own without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with security, scrape content at scale, use material misleadingly or suggest an endorsement or verified relationship that does not exist.

7. Third-party links

Links are provided for convenience. CarbonFitt does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free access or that content will always remain current.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, CarbonFitt excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, anticipated savings, data or goodwill arising from use of or reliance on this website. These limits do not replace the terms of any separately signed contract.

10. Confidentiality and submissions

Information sent through general contact channels is not automatically confidential. Do not disclose trade secrets, personal data or sensitive project information until appropriate confidentiality and data-sharing arrangements are agreed.

11. Governing law

These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights applying to an individual user.
